silly. i ended up paying for another year anyway. i haven't signed on in so long that everything is so unfamiliar!
I had a second job interview today at a prop house which I am VERY excited about because, well, because I am.
I am having trouble looking for a new job because I already have a halfway decent job (but it does nothing for my brain) and because I do a little of everything and I'm not really an expert in any one thing. However, that seems to come in handy at this place, my "little of everything" and my incessant belief that I can find the answers on the internet before paying for tech support or images of a document i need.
so.
i hope i get it. i'm just trying to... move forward. They kept insisting I was overqualified and that my design portfolio is very strong but I really don't think so, I haven't gotten much interest from any of the design jobs I have applied to. This one I like because it's more art dept.

In my experience jobs where one does "a little of everything" are the best for learning things; however jobs that are clearly labelled "art' may embellish somehow a resume - never a bad thing... changes that fulfill a longing for "moving forward" aren't bad either ...
So, best (New year) wishes! for the job and everything!
is this film type, on set art dept or something else? that'd be cooool
