Sorry it has been so long since I wrote last, I have been moving like crazy from my apartment to my girlfriends and then out to my other friends after that didn't work out. All this while going to school and working and going to funerals and places where people seem to want me to be. This thanksgiving break is much needed but I can already tell it isn't going to be long enough. I have found myself only wanting to work out, watch tv or hang out with friends. My brain officially wants to shut down and never think critically about school shit again!!
Speaking of being lazy, did anyone check out the After Dark Horrorfest at all? I got to see The Abandoned on Saturday. It had some pretty gorey parts and made me jump about five times. If that constitutes a good scary movie then this definitely was one. It had a very orginal story line, but it was slow sometimes and the actors were kind of stupid at other times. If I had more time and money I definitely would have liked to have seen a few more from the festival.
I also stopped by a tatto parlor and talked to an artist named Kat about doing my tattoo. She seemed very interested but wants to do a full back piece, where originlly I only planned on about 8 by 12 inches. The way she explained how the detail would need to show made a lot of sense, but now I'm wondering how much it will cost. I want to have it done right and before I move to Reno in 2 months, but I am also needing to save money for the move... Advice?

Thank you so much for all that info. I'm totally going to try to stick with that. When I go shopping this week, I'm going to get some power bars, granola bars (which I LOVE), and some soups to bring with me to work.
My problem is EXACTLY what you wrote...that I eat WAY too many carbs...I have bread, rice, pasta, and potatos all the time...and never any protein. I hardly eat meat. Bad Mariposa. But what you just listed sounds really easy to pull off...especially because I love granola, oatmeal, chicken, and cheese with crackers.
I really appreciate you taking the time to write all that for me. Thanks again.
My advice about that tattoo...wait. In situations like this, you have to prioritize...the last thing you want is to move to Reno...and then go broke as soon as you get there. Seriously...I've made that mistake...and it sucked. For a while, I starved...and stole food from my job to get by. Not a good moment. But this tattoo will always be waiting for you hun. Really. I know you'd really like to get the piece from this artist...but you're moving to RENO! There are A TON of great tattoo shops there and in Vegas I'm sure.
if the artist is a good one, listen to what she says. about placement. size. color. they know their shit. they're professionals. they have done a LOT of tattoos. if you listen to a good artist, i guarantee you'll have a better looking (for a longer time) tattoo that sits on yer body well.
it's forever. take your time and get it right. no need to rush it before reno, right?
good luck.
