One of these days I should try to make you a cassette recording (I need to get a new player-tape and record together) of this record my friend Brian put out for his old zine JapanKore. He did a 12" comp of all girl Japanese hard core and punk bands in about '95, '96...it's always been one of my most fave records ever. The only real "known" band on it is Melt Banana but he really did his homework with getting the ladies!
Anyhoo, mix tape away for me! I need to get back in that habit, unfortunately my music box is a terrible cd player and making mix tapes can often be a chore. Woof. Once I get settled around here (seems like I'm always busy or visiting/being visited) I will make you stuff to mail out. It's odd getting to use the old fashioned post office mail!
I know what you mean about being sad about missing a new bands...I JUST missed the Go! Team and it makes me sad!
