hope everyone is full of festive cheer LOL, I know a little too early for all of that
Had some Life of Agony in the car last night got to love 'em, had a very cold class last night in a very very cold village hall, i am going to tell them to heat it up earlier or else i am going to cancel the class. I am a little reluctant to as its been runnning for over 3 years but its a long drive there and not enjoyable to teach when the hall is freezing cold. So I may cancel it and do an extra class at my centre, maybe an Ashtanga class for beginners, I love introducing newbies to the practice
