good morning everyone, hope everyone is doing well
I had a really good evening teaching last night both classes went really well and everyones yoga practice is really improving, which is so nice to see.
Mine on the other hand is getting worse by the week, i used to do 2 and a half hours a day 6 days a week, but now for the past year i have no time for such a long practice. I now manage to get 1 hour sometimes 1 and a half hours of practice in 5 days a week if i am lucky.
My weight is steadily going up which i am not happy about, so i really need to sort it out ASAP, I am struggling to do some postures that I used to find so easy
and I hate by body feeling so stiff.
There is always something or someone demanding my time at the moment and my yoga practice is the thing that keeps me sane in my life, and when I dont have time for a long practice it really annoys me.
I am hoping over the christmas break i can get some longer yoga sessions in and try and get my practice back on track, and maybe shift a few pounds
