& yep people get me stuck of the phone forever and just dont shut up.
I get a lot of "I want to start my own business - just like yours - can you tell me how to make great product. where to buy supplies. how to get customers?"

Well i got guitar hero metallica last week and finally got to play it on sturday afternoon. It rocked and i rocked but only on beginner level LOL. it was great to play metallica tracks all the classics and new stuff too, and some slayer and alice in chains too. All good stuff so hopefully i will find some time to play it some more...

totally agree. I know after I do positive affirmations I FEEL better. & I try to do verbal cleanses of negativity - and actually it seems to work. I totally believe its affects on ME personally.

I sky+'ed wright stuff cos I was at playgroup so I'll watch it after this. One of my friends had her little girl exactly the same time as me. Unfortunatly, hers is so overweight she can't crawl yet. I don't know if its a nature v nurture thing but its worring to see the size of her little girl. I think exercise and activity are the keys to children growing up with a sensible body weight. If I eat 3000cals of crisps (we'll forget the nutrition aspect for a mo) and do 3000cals of exercise then basic body accounting (should) mean I maintain. Its a lightweight example. I think if my girls do enough exercise/activty and eat relitivly sensibly and don't get caught up in the media body image crap... they'll be ok.
But I do agree with you its a real WTF world turned upside down.
