Hi Porn Friends,
I've been really terrible about keeping up with journals here, I know. My trip to Japan was really awesome. Slightly shorter than the last one, but with a slightly more chill pace--despite the late nights and working all the time... haha
The King of Tattoo Convention was much busier than last year, and I was booked solid for it before I arrived. I did some cool pieces, so I'm going to share a few with you here...




The amputee girl tattoo won 2nd for "Best of Show" at the convention (despite having been started at another time... haha). After King of Tattoo, I worked for a week at Tokyo Hardcore Tattoo, and did a few more cool pieces.




I was pretty busy at the shop, but I did have some time to get around a little bit. Highlights include:
Drinks with the lovely and her boy, watching Horiyoshi III work at his studio, and meeting Trevor Brown!!! He is really reclusive, so it was a special honor to be able to come to his home studio and see his art. I even bought a painting from him!

EDIT: Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that I got my hands tattooed again. As Coco said, they're getting pretty full.
