Today was good. It's sunny so I brought a picnic quilt with me to work and a frisbee and me and a colleague had a picnic lunch at the freshly filled up pond, so that was awesome!
Finally, I have my phone back which makes me unbelievably happy
And I went running tonight, so I think I've reached my 2-week limit beyond which work-out shouldn't be torture, but a good habit and should get slightly easier to motivate myself.
I ran just under 5km through my usual park. It's spring, so it was accompanied by people lying in the grass, making out, barfing, drinking beer, laughing, peeing, resting, smoking weed, walking dogs - quite a motley sight

I wholeheartedly support regular exercise and healthily habits - from a blanket in a park, with a drink in my hand. I'm dreading the moment when I'll have to start doing it myself, and I can only hope that I'll be as determined as you are.
So 'The Host' was shit? Thought so. I've read the book, but I remember it as average, nothing special. Was it kind of unfinished, or am I confusing it with some other novel?
