Afghanistan. 1970s. Jalalabad. America 1980s. And back to Afghanistan. Currently I am reading the Kite Runner from an Afghanistan born author - Khaleed Hosseini. It's a window into a world I do not know very well and it is hearbreakingly touching. I'm in the USA right now (within the book only

) and very curious about what happens next. It's a fictive story set into real-life settings as they were prior and during Soviet occupation of Afghanistan. So far I am dreading to turn each page and compelled to do just that at the same time. It's a total tearjerker

My colleague appreciates the boobs and Miami Dophins bikini as he's an avid supporter, but I like the military one

I love looking at you boys
Last but not least, I've been rewatching some of my favourite Sarah Silverman videos, probably with this one topping it. Regardless of how many times I see it, it still makes me laugh

Watch out for the John McCain bit

Last weekend I was in Slovakia for Easter, which was awesome! We don't get Easter Egg Hunts like you bunch do, we have more
brutal traditions, where we get spanked and sprayed with water, but it's always good fun. Well, they have overstepped the line this time. I have been woken up with a willow branch with ribbons in my face and some cold water too

Here you have a very authentic photo which my evil mum so willingly provided while onlooking my suffering
This Sunday I went to play football (soccer) with my friends. Guys can be pricks and don't pass, but I can make myself very efficient even when I don't get to shoot. Luckily, I did start off years ago as a goalie or defender and can be a tough nut to crack

I made every breath count!

I'm going strong on the 30 Day Squat Challlenge. Today I've done my 75 squats, tomorrow morning looming ahead with 80. I've been out to football too, which was quite a workout as I was left with the defender/midfielder position and I've started running again. My phone crashed so I have no Nike+ app in my phone to count how much I've done, which is demotivating, but I push myself anyway, despite the snow or rain or general Fuck You Spring! weather. I've also taken up some other workout, push-ups, sit-ups, crunches, lunges and heaps of stretching on top. I don't use no chair at work, but a gym ball, so that gives me a bit of feedback on how well I have done, as all the right muscles hurt when I balance. I goof around on it during breaks, threatening to kill myself somewhere under the desk. I've also started cooking for myself, rather than indulging in junk, so hopefully, there will be results to be seen in time.
Now off to bed for me. Have a good one lovelies
