kitty blog!
so my cat found our one pound bag of cat nip, and proceeded to rip it open, and eat almost all of it. I was terrified when i came home and found this.
but granted he is 19 pounds so he handled it like gentleman and was fine. Picking it up sucked cause every time i swept it he would roll in it. haha so that was my weekend what bout you?

cuuute.
anyway... about being raw, well it HELPED my stomach issues for me. I have a plethora of tummy issues myself... I don't know if it's IBS or food intolerances or what, but my stomach has never felt so good as it feels on the raw diet.
I would just avoid harder to digest foods like broccoli, and nuts and seeds can be hard on your digestive system too when you eat a lot of it.
Everyone always says flax seeds are so great for digestion but my body can't digest them for crap. I feel awful when I eat flax seed crackers... too bad they're so yummy
As for advice because of your boyfriend...well I don't know my partner's diet has never affected mine so I'm not sure what to tell you. Just cook for yourself? He can figure out his own meals, can't he?
I still use nutritional yeast and stuff like that in my raw dishes for extra vitamins, and I eat LOTS of spinach and Larabars which helps in the iron department.
but I'm no doctor, so I would definitely talk to a doctor or a nutritionist before you do anything, given those issues you have---probably a nutritionist because doctors are really dumb about food sometimes...
just tell them you want to do a raw diet and what you'd need to get everything your body requires.
hope that helps
