This is my third attempt at this from phone.

This was dinner. A planked smoked salmon on a tosted ciabatta roll with baby greens and a vinaigrette made with olive oil, finely diced tomato & garlic, balsamic & red wine vinegar, cilantro and some lemon juice.

This was the first time for me to make this and I was very proud of myself.
