Ok, i will try this again. This is from my phone so i may have trouble or it may be messed up.

This was dinner. A planked smoked salmon on a toasted ciabatta with baby greens and topped off with a thick vinaigrette made with olive oil, finely diced tomato & garlic, balsamic & red wine vinegar, lemon juice and cilantro I was very proud of myself.
