Nothing like an evening of listening to some fine Florida death metal, such as the band Obituary, accompanied with a fine glass of Dancing Bull, vintage 2004, Sauvignon Blanc. It's from California's Central Coast region and is a "young-tasting" white, at that. I am trying to like white wines, but am a red wine drinker at heart! Another free bottle to down, AW SHUCKS! Perks of being a wine stewart...oh, damn!
