I went to State Palace and saw Dieselboy and AK1200. There weren't as many people as I'd expected, and I swear the ac was not on! They had one big fan that alot opf people were crowded around continuously through the night and the guy rapping over Dieselboy (I think he's Monk) wouldn't shut the fuck up! The shiznit I took didn't work, which is alright 'cause it was free but all in all I enjoyed hanging out with some nice friendsies. I brought a friend from high school with me and it was his first party eva. He was all about it so that made my mood a little more positive. I was just dying to get out of the heat! Maybe I'll go to Caffeine on the 29th, hopefully more people are going since it's a much bigger party? Lousiana peoples, tell me if you're going!
