My friend Doug is back from Saskatoon for the weekend and we went out with some other people last night to Denny's for some food and to catch up. It was good to see him again and to tease him about being a farmer (really, what else is there to do out there?). The downside was that I didn't get to see Chuck last night and she was meant to give me her half of the damage deposit. She doesn't like Doug that much and I figure that's why I didn't see her. Her problem, but I kind of wished she could have put it aside and dropped the money off to me because I wanted to get banking done today. I'm going to give her a phone call in a bit and try meet her downtown.
