I started working out 4-5 days a week, almost 3 weeks ago. This third week is proving to be extra tough to stick with. I'm just so tired almost all the time, and I just want to veg and rot away in my bed when I'm not working. It's tough! I've actually been trying to nap, so I can get up and get a real workout in tonight, but my body won't let me sleep!
I am down a little bit in weight and body fat %, though! Woohoo
But my butt already got a little smaller! Noooo!!! I need to add a whole lot of squats to my regime now! Daily squats, even! I refuse to lose my booty. THAT'S GOTTA POP.

Working out on a regular basis is tough, at least until you do it two or three months. After that time you will really miss it if you can't work out one day due to whatever reason there could be.
