an anti inflammatory for my ankle

calcium w/ vitamin d
I did eat though...a few spoon fulls of stale cheerios and three clemintines.
and for lunch, more calcium w/ vitamin d, 1 or 2 soy chick'n patties, another clemintine,
and if I'm still hungry, an eggroll. lol I like my random foods.
I think I'll have a salad tomorrow along w/ my patties...mmmm...yummm
