Yesterday was a holiday here in Brazil (Black Awareness Day), so I don't have any classes today. This long weekend came in handy, because I really needed to get some rest. I've slept until noon today, had breakfast for lunch and still haven't changed from my PJs.
But I think I'm a bit addicted to studying... I've spent all afternoon watching some Physics classes on MIT's YouTube channel... My doctor said I should slow down. I don't actuallty feel stressed, but according to him, my body has been showing signs of it: the eye twitching, hair loss, headaches, etc...
The thing is: I don't really know how to slow down. What should I do? :'(
