and yeah... anything less than 3 hours sleep and I may as well not sleep. It will actually be rougher on me if I try because I almost always wake up at some weird point in my sleep cycle and get in a funk the rest of the day. No sleep can be rough but once I make it past that wall and get my second wind, I'm right as rain until about 6 or 7 that evening when I officially reach my limit and must begin to wind down.
