@bloghomework this week is our favourite scents. @rambo @missy @lyxzen I guess this is really easy for everyone. Too bad I can't make it scratch & sniff, but the scents are things many people have in the house. First one vanilla: I love vanilla it's fragrant & sweet. It can be added to my cookies & my coffee in the morning, or warm milk. If you haven't tried it, try go a head I'll wait. ...
Delicious... Isn't it. The scent itself opens up section of the brain that allow us to recall happier moments. It's a wonderful scent to have around if you have to cram for a test you will retain more information if you are using your sense of smell with studying.
Second... Coconut, or suntan lotion smell they are almost vaguely similar. They remind me of the summer & the sun. The hot summer Rays warming my white skin as I sunbathe. Just putting on suntan lotion will remind me of summer days with my friends or summer concerts with the hubby. The smell of coconut will put me mentally on a beach in a hammock. Swaying in a warm breeze.
Third...Sandalwood... I usually use this scent with vanilla. The 2 combined smells devine. The sandalwood will help the vanilla scent last longer with out over powering it. But it has its own subtle scent it adds. Earthy, woodsy scent. It is intoxicating yet hard to place. It's mesmerising yet just coy enough for you to doubt it is even there.
Fourth... fresh baking bread. That reminds me of when I go back home to Puerto Rico. We would always have fresh baked bread. Almost everyday hot, flaky you can rip it apart with your hands and it would melt in your mouth. You didn't need butter, or jelly or jam. I would eat mine with avocado. When I fee especially homesick I want that.
