If I were a software to be developed, what features would I design for myself as most important? Well...let's see here...if I prioritize correctly, I will put the most important features in the beginning. Then, if my incremental milestones come to a point where I can't increment anymore, I will only have lost the least useful features...what would they be?

That's what Microsoft does...they pick features, and build them. They release software that is not fully working, but they iteratively work on it as part of the spiral software design model. That's how they have been so successful. Smart.

If I were to do the same, I too would be very successful. Hmmm....
