So, as you may or may not be aware, I work in Customer Service/ Reception type crap.
And I would just like to say...to all the nice people- thank you. You really do make a difference to someone's day when its 10 hours long and filled with nothing but crabby women.
And to all the crabby women. My real thoughts on the matter, when speaking to you.. if you are being rude or talking down to me or my other CSR's in crime... I wanna stab you in the throat with the pen im holding, 98% of the time.
I really am a model of self control, and ..bubbly as a mother fuckin malt shoppe milkshake. It works.
