i've buckled down and have become a strict calorie counter, again. i think i am becoming food obsessed. everything is revolves around when do i need my next calories and what foods to eat so i won't go over my set daily caloric intake. i am not a bread eater, i don't eat pasta. only whole grains, no trans fats, no high fructose corn syrup and i am not seeing the results i expected to see by now. i have been doing this since march. i don't eat at night. i can easily gain 10 lbs in a single weekend (i've done it before) but taking it off is not that easy.
i managed to remove most of the black in my hair. it was just too severe for me at the moment.

some mild aerobics would help with a calorie defecit to help shed some calories
