nothing turns me off more than a man obsessed with his appearance. grooming is fine. grooming is a turn on. i don't mind "a metrosexual" but there are limits, imo. pedicure and manicures are fine. shaved pubes are fine. i don't like mustaches unless it is accompanied by a beard of some sort. i hate those flavor savor tuffs of hair under the lips. i love shaven heads as i do men with long hair. a furry chest is no bother (if you have one then i will like it). a waxed or shaven chest turns me off! shaven pits are no bother - i don't like arm pit hairs on men and see antiperspirant clumps clinging to the hairs. *hurl*
i start to get a little weirded out when certain cosmetic procedures come into play. i know one male who got three rhinoplasties in a period of five years. his first one was fine since it was to remove a hump that had bothered him for most of his childhood and teenage years. a man can get whatever he wants done to himself. it is his body, his life. however, i am turned off when it is excessive. i want a man who is comfortable in his own skin who exudes inner peace and therefore at peace with himself. i don't want any man who obsesses over his appearance more than my grandmother does (or like my grandmother does).
