SPIRITUAL FOOD FOR THE DAY
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY - STUPID PEOPLE
You know who I'm talking about, don't pretend like you don't, and all of us at one point or another have been one of these people. I'm talking about the type of folks who take 37 rolls of film on there vacation in Cabo, hold onto them for six months and then take that shit to Walgreens and want it back in an hour. Then, I get stuck behind them while they're bitching about why their film wasn't developed in an hour. Ya, i love anyone who'll spend $1800 on an all inclusive cruise but not $200 on a decent digital camera. STOOPID PEOPLE!
Maybe you're personal level of stupidness has never sunk quite so far, but I'm sure that you can relate to the type of person I'm describing. You know most of the time I'm a really mellow guy, but there is just something about willfull ignorance that really gets me going. It's been a really long time since I went off on somebody, and I know what happens when I do - one or both of us ends up bleeding, cops are called, someone goes to jail, usaully me, blahblahblah....
So I know what not to do. Love and tolerance of others is our code and it's being aware of what pushes my buttons that allows me unique perspective on how to practice these principles in all my affairs. Some days are easier than others, but atleast I'm not making people bleed, much, and I'm not going to jail for my efforts. Shit, that sounds like progress to me!
TODAY'S REMINDER
Not everyone is as smart as I think I am. Be patient with those who are not Graced with clarity on the fact that what they're doing is pissing you off. Pray for them, and get out of yourself before you act on those feelings.

It's kinda like refusing to do the self checkout line ( because I sure as hell wont do that haha)
But youre right with the willfull ignorance statement....but sometimes its easier to stick with what you've done the past 20 years than start with the new technology and whatnot.
