I'm sore from running yesterday. But not so sore that I work out a little tonight. My favorite so far is Yoga Meltdown by Jillian Michaels. I hope I look that good when I am her age.
I'm going to let my hair grow out until October, And then I am going to put braids in. I can't wait, I love having braids.
I should also being working on a few sets by then.
