So I ran/walked this morning. I am proud of myself. I must say that running isn't my favorite form of exercise. Even when I was in the military and in my best shape, I still didn't like it.
Some people love running, some people don't.
I worked myself into a good sweat. Of course I tried to smoke afterwards, and I'm glad I did, because I think that finished smoking for me.
I need more exercise videos.
Before anyone get concerned. The weight that I want to lose is "vanity" pounds. I am already at a healthy weight after losing almost 30 pounds. I just want to firm up and be a little less squishy.
Still waiting on an answer for my disability increase. I think the fact that it is taking forever is a good sign. Keep your fingers crossed.
