So I saw my social worker yesterday. She had access to the notes from the ratings evaluation, and she said that there was a very good chance that I will get an increase. I feel very hopeful.

I haven't heard anything from sally beauty about my package, so I think I'll wait a few more days and then I'll send customer service a message.
