That's never a fun moment to get to -- I had the same sort of moment of clarity most of the way through graduate school after following my bliss into a liberal arts bachelors in history and anthropology. Didn't have the part B to contend with, or at least had the similar but sort of different situation of realizing various parts of the government would pay me a living wage to carry a gun and look like humorless and stern, but kind of the same/same beyond that. Like looking good naked, you can only do the running, jumping, climbing trees thing so long before your body starts hinting at its eventual failure.
Anyway, hope you work through the ennui -- on the plus side, while the day job post college world can be annoying at times, it is kind of a nice change of pace from the tempo and demands of college, especially at the graduate level.

It's a tough thing to escape, to be honest. I fully understand what you mean. I wasn't a stripper, but I do have a past in theatre and that has certainly carried over to aspects of my regular life.
