What is it about people and their ridiculous pursuit for perfection? What kind of blind hope is it that drives the desire to find such an impossible measurement? And what is it about it all that makes them believe it even exists on any level.
It's like the explorers and kings from days far gone who traveled endlessly in search for some Fountain of Youth that only existed in the minds of those who believed it.
It was a dream, a story, a myth.
In our society, an illusion.
In this country people are bombarded with a million images of "perfection" every day, everywhere. Consciously it seems we're more than aware of the difference between which are real and which are the illusions-but people give in to the illusions, they desire them, they want to become that idealistic interpretation based on what really exists.
They get lost in something thats trying to define itself as something it's not.
Like a drug addiction or someone stuck in an unhealthy relationship where they convince themselves it's what they want, what they deserve. Feed the beast and line up in an orderly fashion while they convince you that you're a free-thinking individual when you give in to their propoganda. It was, after all, your choice to do so, right?
And let them all tell you that you're a monster if you stand up and shout "I" in the eyes of Gods. Let them tell you that you can't define the words how you see them because they already defined them before you. Let them tell you whatever it is they want you to believe.
And then tell them to piss off. And show them how /you/ define /that/.
