So today something strange happened....
i got hit on very blantanlty from a young girl while working out......
just to put it out she was very very attactive....and if i did'n have moral barometer i may have had a better night tonight.. but for one she seemed too young for me and two i dont' respond well to compliments most of the time i think women lie if the say something nice about me..... ....just been a weird day....i guess the only reason why this was strange was she was extremely forward with me.....women are weird i swear.....one of these days i'll actualy know how to talk to them without getting nervous and running away...guess this day was'nt today

I have stopped being forward with men, they never respond well.
I have only been up to a half-marathon as well. I'm pretty naturally inclined to running, but I find the longer distances I run, the less prepared I feel for combat sports. It's just to hard to maintain a body type that is competitive in both considering how different they are, and MMA wins in the end for me. What is your strongest part in the Tri?
I have also had some leg issues with running, but for me it is IT bands and hips. My left hip feels like it is totally wrecked at the moment, and it played a big part in my decision to transition away from long distance running.
I hear you about the interval training man! Nothing like it to blast your anaerobic system and get you primed for wrestling! When training MMA, I focus on submission grappling, wrestling, kick boxing and boxing. How about yourself?
