It seems my neck is getting better thank god.....i can't stand doing nothing for this long ....its fucking driving me crazy......it seems my diet has mantained me well enough though....still i am far from my goal....i am only 24 and feel like i am 40 thanks to all the bullshit the military does to one's body....still it's fun sometimes....
i am off to meet a bowl of plain oatmeal
