Well, today has gone by like a normal day...
and I'm fucking pissed off at Laura because she didn't do shit about Jake and is now acting like I never even confessed a thing to her and never asked her to find out anything...

Which is pretty fucked up if you ask me....
ah... well...

To end Valentines Day, one of my last customer service calls, someone got mad about a fee that I would not waive, and ended the call by saying, "Fuck you and have a shitty Valentines Day, cunt!"

Yeah, how nice.
