
Yet another update... nothing significally really.
I've randomly decided to go onto one of my fitness campaigns which usually only last two weeks, but have got another housemate joining in so hopefully between the two of us we can keep morale and motivation going..
Scared the shite out of myself with my level of fitness after going out running yesterday, but aw well.. is a good wakeup call.
..hmm what else... umm... have decided i've become too boring recently, so much madness is to follow once funds can be found.. including grass track racing using my old car once I get to building it, this whole fitness stuff, possibly a bit of budget random travelling, beach partys... might even relive the younger years of drinking in the centre of town during the day and running around like an eejit... ahh the innocence back then

Really have no clue... whatever happens happens and hopefully I get a good mix of the bad and the good to keep the comparison going and let me know that i'm alive.
Need the downs to experience the ups!!!
Now this is getting too lengthy, so i'll stop now..
