Howdy hey! I am Dan. I am originally from a doomed little town called Burington, WI, where I worked as a cook in a small Cafe called Veronicos and the only thing good to do was to go to Lyons and watch a show, or get stoned/drunk in someones basement. After High School,, I came to Chicago to study the Culinary arts abd restaraunt management, and now i want to open a bar.

I work in a Irish Pub Called Fado as a foodrunner, and hopefully get up to management status this summer. I also use my culinary expertise at the Art Institute as a Chef in the Luxurious restaraunt, The Garden.

I am a bad-ass, this is for sure. I am really laid back, and love sitting around with friends watching movies, smoking hookah, and drinking my Jameson. So grab a brew, relax to the soothing sounds of gogol bordello and do it!
