It's Journal poetry day..and since I helped inspire I will post, (because I feared the wrath of Pip if i didn't )
I'll be back soon.

Hidden pleasure
of waiting for waiting
consolation of silence,
a hint of caress
outline of shyness
and excesses
absence of absence.
Evening will flutter
its trembling flame in the corners,
and the light of this sun
with no shadows at noon
will sing in our words
You will reach out your hands
toward old delusions,
I will touch the fresh rain
of your open gaze.
And it will be the end
of every ending
and the beginning
of every beginning.
I'll be back soon.
