I fee like a zombie.. I am so tired cause I do way to much during the day..

I run everyday cause i'm a huge exercise freak and im always worrieing about my body and how it looks... and I also walk my two huskies everyday as well.

I need to take a day of a break but i probably won't since i've only done that when I was sick 2 months ago.

hopefully I will sleep good again tonight
