No more fried food for me. I just half assed my workout and I feel like im going to fucking die. Time to jump back on that diet I have been slacking on.

That sucks! What diet are you on? I've lost 13 lbs on weight watchers so far and I only work out once a week. I feel a lot better now that I don't eat shitty friend and fast food anymore. Although sometimes I do crave it... Good luck with that!
