Anyone do anything exciting or deviant for Valentine's Day?
Our city of brotherly (and sisterly) love is running this big"Philly's More Fun When You Sleep Over" campaign where you only pay for one night, and you get free parking and other incidentals. So Beth and I took advantage of this and booked a room at the Doubletree from Friday til Saturday. We ate dinner at Mio Sogno, which is a beautiful Italian restaurant in South Philly. AND we took advantage of the pool, hot tub, and saunas at the hotel. All in all, it was an incredibly romantic night. I got a box of Godiva chocolates and a bottle of Kenneth Cole New York perfume (which I've been wanting forever) from my sweetheart. She got some fun things as well, but it's always good to keep people guessing...
