I finally found my focus again last night, it seems my life has been nothing but a mad rush the last 6 months, its amazing how your life can change when you actuallly take the time to slow down and tackle things one by one. A lesson that i had forgotten from my days of rock climbing, that tought me about patience and perserverance, you cant force your way to the top, you gotta stop relax think before moving on to the next hold and the next move, all the way to the top. you will eventually get there, one hold at a time.
