Current art school project i am working on for a conceptual art class. We had to look at the history of abstract and conceptual art based around past artists such as marcel duchamph, kasimir malevich and the current australian artists john nixon. We had explore the contexts of these artists and using my major which is photography to create a new work. I thought the best way to remove objectivity with photography is too shoot in macro, which is exactly what i did. I shot body piercing jewellry such as captive bead rings, and tapers. I shot on fuji velvia film, incredible colour saturation. The slides were then scanned and i cropped my images even further, he is a few examples of my end result, the series in total includes 25 images.

Yeah, I climbed every weekend for a good 3 years in my younger (and leaner) days.
Ive lead Little Thor a few times, my highest leading grade was about 23 and top-roping 25. Little Thor was my first real hard lead...... its just a great little (12m) climb, very technical in places.
I love bouldering too, around Stayplton and Taipan Wall there are some shit-hot stuff between V1 and V12!!! I really want to get back into climbing but finding the time is the killer! and my gear is fairly old now aand I wouldnt trust any of my cams and hexes!!
Anyway dude, glad too see you are well and Ill definately catch you when Im up in town next!
