The concert on Thursday was amazing....
Well let me explain we got there about half way through cry of the afflicted's set, they were pretty good a lot better live than on record if you ask me. Then came Peirce the veil wow were they horrible, well the one guitarist was there was just something about him that pissed me off, besides the fact that he spit water on the crowd im sorry but you just don't do that its rude and unessiary(however you spell it) I mean seriously how are we to know or even you know that you don't have the beginning stages of mono or a cold or something and what not its just nasty to me... Anywho then came As cities burn they were pretty damn good I love there most current album and there live set was pretty damn good they really got the crowds energy going which was a good thing, next up was mayday parade HOLY SHIT there awesome I love the lyrics of there songs there is just something so heartbreaking about it to me but amazing none the less... And last but not least was emery this is where everybody just blew up, the crowd starting moshing, people started body surfing the band came into the crowd I screamed and sang every lyric to every song they did, singing the song without them and them just watching gives a fan goosebumps good stuff good stuff...
On a side note you gotta love chicago and all the crazies that live there, we were headed back home and waiting for the CTA train to come and we were walking behind this homeless dude probably a couple of feet and we get to the platform where the heater is and we turn it on all of the sudden this guy turns around comes back and steps up to me and my friend and goes "Hey man you gotta watch where your walking I know your not racist or nothing but you can't be walking behind a brother because a brother is gonna think you wanna push him on the third rail or something thanks." Haha holy shit and the best part was it was snowing like a mini blizzard snowing, and this dude was eating a blizzard from mcdonalds awesome night I hope to have many more amazing nights this year.
