Well, today didnt go exactly as planned, I did go to the bank, but instead of cleaning my room, I went driving, kuz I have my road test on Tuesday. I will probably work out around 10 or so.
I wasted my meal for the day (Im cutting calories, so instead of bothering myself with adding everything up all day, I'v limited myself to one meal a day, dont talk to me about it being unhealthy, I know it is, I used to wrestle, I was seasonally anorexic because of it, this is not an eating disorder, I am fully aware of what I am doing, about what my body needs ect.) almost as soon as I woke up, because I could tell my blood sugar was low. I had a bagel, startch = complex carbs, complex carbs = longer sustained release of sugar into the bloodstream. Now im fucking hungry, but wont crack, maybe I will have some chicken before I work out, I need protein.
Thats pretty much all that happened today, boring day, I think I will go look at classes to take this summer. Maybe an update later.

carry healthy juices like naked juice, odwalla and bolthouse farms. bolthouse farms is my favorite one.
gotta atleast have some nutrients and vitamins in your system.
