Ok because I have been asked a few times by people who don't know... BUTT CLAPPING... A HOW TO.
1. stand straight with feet about shoulder width apart
2. Using your thigh muscles rotate your quadracepts . Your legs should actually be rotating so that your quads move from inside twoard the ourside and back again. ROTATE is the key word.
This creates the look that your glutial muscles are smacking up against each other creating a clapping appearance. For all of you who are comming to see me at work in 10 days will receive a demonstration. Also its fun, don't be afraid to try this at home.
