Here's my new homework!
I have a lot of documentaries that I liked, I'm a true audio-visual addict, I also consider myself a melomaniac and that's why I think two of my favorites are from my favorite bands.
The future is unwritten is the documentary of Joe Strummer, singer of The clash, and The clash is my favorite group! I think it tells in a very substantial way the story of the first punk group and the life of Joe Strummer. Stories, interviews, good music ... You can not miss it!
On the other hand another of my favorites is:
Amy, also one of my favorite artists, it mades me connect even more with her music, it's a great documentary too.

One of mine is the documentary about Metallica called some kind of monster. That doc was so well done and it was super cool learning those little known facts. I believe it is still on Netflix as well.
