it's lent so i've given up-choccy, buscuits, sweets etc...
and taken up-going to the gym.
withdrawl symptoms AND pulled muscles are not a dream come true. also its hard to exercise when your sugar levels have plummeted. but i must persevere, not just for vanity's sake but because for the last few months of eating poory and inactivity my heart keeps stopping for briefest moments and it takes my breath away which is the most horrible and scary feeling ever.
i'm all about the joyful blogs, so lets see if i can turn this thing around.
i really love backcurrant jam and peanut butter sandwiches.
and chocolate spread and peanut butter on toast tastes like snickers.
my new sports bra keeps me from knocking myself out on the running machine.
my boyfriend Nappy, is taking me shopping in Camden for my birthday on Wednesday
i will be 22years old 
our friends are travelling from devong and bradford to come see us this weekend.
so i guess i shouldn't feel too bad about being fired this morning then! oops there i go again
