it's lent so i've given up-choccy, buscuits, sweets etc...
and taken up-going to the gym.
withdrawl symptoms AND pulled muscles are not a dream come true. also its hard to exercise when your sugar levels have plummeted. but i must persevere, not just for vanity's sake but because for the last few months of eating poory and inactivity my heart keeps stopping for briefest moments...
