today was a great day. Mass this morning was awesome, the band sounded great, we all got tons of compliments, saw people we haven't seen in a long time, and it was awesome. downright kick ass. no other words to explain it.

then tonight was cool, my family came over, i got to see my grandpa (opa). and we all had a major feast. heh. lots of food, the roast beef gave shawn some ass-food, but it was all in good fun hehe.

shawn and i just got back from diedrichs with eric and michelle. i broke to them the news we were engaged. i told michelle she's gonna be my maid of honor. she flipped out. it was adorable. i love her to death, she's the only person close enough to me that i can and DO consider my sister. ever since i was a little girl, and we were both young, and we all had those dreams of when we got married. and she and i would talk about it, but i ALWAYS knew that no matter what, she was going to be my maid of honor. that made my night to see her reaction and know that she supports us and was ecstatic for us.

i love shawn with all my heart, i am so happy for us. i'm happy that he's happy and we're both happy together. wow, i never write the word 'happy' that much in any of my entries. hah. i really do love him though and he knows it. nobody is ever gonna steal that man away from me. they'd have to kill me and slip rohypnol in his drink before they could do it. hehe. by the way, He's sitting behind me right now telling me to write that last sentence. hehe.

anyways, we gotta get some sleep-we've been up since 5:45 this morning and we're beat. so ....here's a good night and happy easter to ya'll.
