I'm watching Grey Gardens for the first time and I don't know how I feel about it. I think I feel sad but also touched by the humanity of these subjects--if you don't know what Grey Gardens is go here. Either way, I am glad I am watching it because I feel like it's right up my alley.
Little Edie was gorgeous. There's something about madness that results in being blissfully content--because I always find people like Sylvia Plath and Anne Sexton to be kinda...depressing and uninteresting.
Also, I posted some dvds and more stuff at the Swap Meet, check it out here and here.
Stupidly I charged $1 for shipping and then sent it the priority flat rate for $4-something. D'oh--oh well, such is life. I will learn from it and not repeat it.
I know I have nothing too great to offer today.
