Tonight was bomb! Nothing makes me happier than making new friends and seeing a kickass band play. I roll into the skateshop after picking my friend D.J. up from work (it was his last day and he didn't have a ride until his gf got to town) and Chad was talking to this SoCal dude, bullshitting with him about whatnot. It was exactly the same situation how I met Chad, to be honest: I just moved to Texas, I was looking for a local skateshop and found friends along with. So this Rick guy just moved from Riverside, CA, and he's down with the Indecline27 crew.

Chad tells me that A Dozen Furies was playing tonight at the Ridglea, so we roll out there with Rick, and Landry met us up there. All I can say is that ADF is down with the Indecline27 crew. Landry knows Marc from way back, and Chad hooked Marc up (but more so Keith now) with a Vivix Skateboard Apparel hat that was worn on TRL nontheless. ADF is down with Cali-based Vivix gear, and Indecline27 Boardshop is the only dealer in Texas right now! I talked to Marc for a little bit and we both know Ruth (the Dallas chick I met a month or so ago. He's a pretty cool guy and knows me by name now. By the way I was only hardcore dancer for their set; there were a couple kids trying but I owned the pit. Again, all I can say is ADF is down with the Indecline27 crew.
